Default 200 NL, trips against passive player, any value in river raise?

This is a FR table, just broken down to 3-handed.

Villain is 30/5 and horribly passive (AF under 1).

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 3 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $108.40
BB: $206.80
Hero (BTN): $401.35

Preflop: Hero is dealt 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players)
<font color="red">Hero raises to $8.00</font>, SB folds, BB calls $6.00

Flop: ($17) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $13.00</font>, BB calls $13.00

Turn: ($43) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $32.00</font>, BB calls $32.00

River: ($107) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">BB bets $36.00</font>, Hero?

Call or raise?

Villain still has $118 left after his river lead, but can he really pay me off with worse than trips here?
