Most of SS1 is now outdated. The section on NL in SS2 is pretty much the same as in SS1. For modern online games with fixed buy-in's, it's pretty much useless since most people don't buy in for 500+ BBs nowadays.
You'd be better off purchasing SS2 and ignoring SS1 unless you're really into 7CS.
