Did you start at step 1? How much are you in fo so far?

I gave up on step 1's and am just buying in directly to the step 2's and using FPP's for step 2's.

I started with 8 step 1s
Then advanced in 4 I think.
Then advanced in 2 of those and redid 1 step 2.
Then advanced in 2 step 3s and lost 1 step 4 and had to redo another.
I won that and that's where I stand.

I think the Step 1s are so easy that it's worth playing. The play is so bad you could almost fold your way to top 2.

I played a FPP one, expecting slightly better play because 500FPP earners at least have seen 500 flops, etc.

Anyway, it was some bizarro game of way better than I expected players. I ended up winning thanks to a monster flip.
