In the tradion of using the definite article when referring to highways, most (if not all) of Southern California insists on naming their no-limit games by the min/max buy-in NOT by the blinds.

FYP

It's always a source of amusement when someone from down south comes up to NorCal and asks for the 100 list. Even funnier when they try to buy in to the 100/200 limit game with a c-note.

An exception to this would be at Bay101 or Garden City (both in San Jose). The game you're looking for at those places is 3-100. That is, 1/2/3 blinds with a $100 min/max buy-in. If you can afford it, though, I would recommend the 5-200 instead. The rake at 3-100 sucks.

The difference is that San Jose does not allow for bets larger than $200. The card rooms get around that by playing a Spread Limit game. At 3-100, you can make a bet anywhere from $3 to $100.
