Easy fold. You've only got .35 invested in this pot. I generally won't call a large overbet unless I don't think there is any value in reraising. You don't have a hand you can raise for value and you can only beat a bluff. How often do you think he's bluffing with such an out of line bet? Wait for a better spot to get your money in against this guy. You don't want to give him a nice win and leave with one pot, this guy has donk stamped on his forehead IMO.
