I hate to be a pain in the ass on this topic but under rule 14, if something like a chick holding her breasts is considered NSFW, then what's the consequence of that? Can it be posted inline with a NSFW tag on the thread? Or does its NSFW status qualify it as "porn" under rule 4, and therefore make it illegal to post inline under any circumstances?

42it fwiw there wasn't any nipples, vaginas, etc. in that thread but there were pics of girls in thongs, girls kissing each other, holding their breasts, etc.
