I think this is a reasonable play against the right player. If villain can fold a low draw without anything for high, this is probably right. You still are getting called by AA2, but AA3,AA4, and maybe even AA5 could find a fold too.

I would usually fold this preflop for the raise (I probably wouldn't even limp it) and usually just give up the flop, but if you have made a C/R with a big hand that got shown at this table then go for it. I find people tend not to respect check raises in this game which is why I prefer that I would have used it a few times.
