Ya and then pokerlife can sue Pokerstars for giving out personal information. Would be pretty stupid for stars to get involved. Regardless we don't know whether the person is even telling the truth.

Under whatever negligence laws of the jurisdiction in which they reside. The laws overseas happen to me much harsher then here in the states.
