unless you have some insight into how villain plays that you can more profitably exploit, just do the straightforward thing and bet turn and river. it's really a crime not to bet this river after the turn is checked through, especially given that the flush draw hit.

think about this hand and the board texture for a moment. what is he calling with on the flop? maybe a 4, ten, a pocket pair, a flush draw, and the occasional float. turn is a bit of a deal killer for flush draws, and once he checks behind, floating is much less likely. on the river he typically has a hand with showdown value that he is unlikely to want to turn into a bluff. so, he is most likely to check behind on the river. and if he does bet, he is unlikely to call a check raise. therefore, you are simply better off just betting for value yourself.
