IMO 4 tables is good. I sort of like the idea of 1 table of each of the suggested levels as it would be an interesting study of the way the various levels play.
If you decided to go with just one level, I would prefer no higher than 50NL. 100NL would be interesting, but I don't believe the situations there would really parlay well into a micro strategy. LC, I really think your game will improve more from seeing how someone handles good players than bad ones (all relative).
