It means: "The ladies and gentlemen of Mojo can answer your question."
Mojo is the biggest booking agency in The Netherlands. I guess they are the booker of the band you are asking about. Their website is
www.mojo.nl , but I can't seem to find an e-mail address on it.
Still, it seems to me that the venue should know about their own house rules, and their answer is pretty retarded. I would try shooting another e-mail or calling the venue, and try to speak with someone who knows what they are talking about.
