exit, in my experience when people are repping a super tight range and u think to urself, 'jeez he can only have this, but what else will he ever have?'...he usually has exactly that range. in a live event especially where it's much easier to pick up a 'tell' i think if ur gut is telling u to fold i would follow ur gut. of course this is all just a general guideline and i see absolutely no problem stacking off here under most any circumstances(ie: guy has not been a total nit). i also think flop is a decent place to lead but i see no problem with c/r if u don't lead very often or ever.
