Rules are rules.
They should be applied consistently.
If I held K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] , I would expect the 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] would not play.
