Also, if Seat 1 is the Button like you stated, it didn't "fold to you" because that would make you UTG.

I call here everytime unless I have a sick read on Seat 3. Seat 3 could be isolating the CO shover with a good hand that you still beat, such as 88-JJ, AJ+. Yes he could have KK,AA, but not often enough to make me fold here. Call.
