The only real hand that could beat me is AdJd. The flop is k9x WHY THE FK would he ever ever ever have AJ. He is out of position in a three bet pot against an unknown facing a 25bb bet on the flop. This could easily be a blocking bet with two pair/set. Most likely KJ but i still think a raise has lots of value.
