Default Dual Samsung on an \"older\" card question.

Firstly, I want to apologize if this has been covered in a thread...I searched through about 6 threads of various searches and didn't come up. So hopefully this is an easy question...

I currently own a Samsung 712N 17" monitor. I am thinking of buying the 204B 20" that is the rave....

I would like to dual monitor these two from one video card. The 712N is VGA only, and the 204B would fit the slot for the DVI...

However, my current card is a Radeon 7500 64MB. From what I have gathered...this may not be enough power on one card to support the 712N and the 204B. Is this correct?

If I would also need an upgrade for video card, I'd like to know what I should look into...Money is an issue, but not a HUGE issue as I'll be running dual monitors with it....

Thanks for whatever insight you guys can give...

(Note: Pentium4, ~512 RAM...)
