Default Re: Meal replacement shake for fat loss?

I will say that it is a good idea to combine low fat protein shake with other kinds of low fat meals. I used to work within fitness - making diet plans for people who wants to change the way they look. And my experience is that - a low-fat protein shake meal replacement for lunch or dinner is a good thing- combined with others. What you need to remember is that even though the product says low-fat- you still get calories by drinking a shake. So I would say that it is okay to use it- but only as 1-2 times a day as a snack. And remeber to eat about 6 times a day- eating a lot of protein- but a limited amount of carbohydrate and fat
