My PFR is around 15. My UTG PFR is more like 7.5 So you have to remember he's not raising 15 from every position. He's likely raising a lot more in LP and a lot less in EP.

AQ is def ahead of top 7.5% of hands. AQ is the 5th-6th best hand.

You're OOP though and are going to lose to nothing a lot...I think you're barely ever going to win a sizeable pot here. I think it's just a terrible reverse implied odds situation.
