Default took a non-std line with top pair 600nl, thoughts?

villain is an okish lag running 32/24/3 ish (BigBossu for party regs) we have some history, he bluff raises cbets q. a bit, and knows i am capable of alot of moves id imagine.

<font color="red">UTG raises to $24.00</font>, US calls $24.00, 3 folds

Flop: ($57) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">UTG bets $43.00</font>, <font color="red">US raises to $125.00</font>, UTG calls $82.00

Turn: ($307) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
UTG checks, US checks

River: ($307) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
UTG checks, <font color="red">US bets $220.00</font>

EDIT: better put this in op. River bet isn't a bluff, it's a value bet. My flop raising range is usually pretty polarized towards air/draws/2pr/sets. That + turn check i thought looked pretty suspicious, so my river bet looks like a bluff. (problem is KQ made it, but meh) idk, too thin?
