Default Re: England out, what now for the FA?

Mourinho's never going to take the job, he's said as much on many occasions past.

First thing that needs to be done is to get rid of all the deadwood that's in the squad. The biggest glaring problem is in the forward position. Why people continue to continue with Defoe in the squad when he's clearly not international quality (he can't even get into his own weak club side - sure Berbatov is, for my money, the best striker in the division, but he needs someone to play with him ldo). Rooney and Owen are fine when fit, Crouch is a good change of pace, but ffs bring on the likes of Agbonlahor, or some other young striker (who is a good question as there's a lack in the top flight). Ditch Beckham and other aging players who shouldn't be there. Richards is already better than Neville at right back although we're going to get a Carragher-like situation seeing how he now plays his club football in the centre.

As for who takes the job, I really don't care and couldn't care how long it takes as long as we get the right man for the job.
