Yes. Min-raises were enough to steal the pot preflop at this table.
Normally, I'd use 4000. But if 3200 does the same thing 4000 will do, then I'd prefer saving the 800 if I'm stealing with air and get caught.
Anyways, he had KK and I missed. I finished in 2nd despite losing that pot. The BB donked off a huge (for a turbo) stack with JTo after SB raised PF with KQo.
