Further clarifying, I'm not saying that it's correct or incorrect. That's debatable and ultimately would be for the judiciary to decide. What's not debatable is that the executive branch is clearly taking the public position that what we are doing is illegal and in this case has pressured Sporting News Radio to broadcast their message.
