1. try to play my usual 60K or so hands, except this time play them at 400nl

2. Try to make good decisions every time i play


3. try to post responses to questions

4. move to thailand on the 29th

Sub note. I finished a decent 4 PTbb/100 over my 52k hands at 200nl last month so played 2-4 again towards the end of last month, felt i played ok over 9k hands but had two crap sessions cooler wise.

oh and i ran quite Hot today +2.5K over 2378 hands, i'd really like to do that for the rest of the month please.
