Never had money on the site but I recall a thread on BonusWhores where the owner admitted to running the site out of his basement and that anyone could get licensed by Ongame if they had enough cash (I suspect that has changed). Anyways everyone loved the site for abit as they had a bunch of 5X reloads - once the reloads stopped people wanted to cash out and they basically stiffed a tonne of people.
