Some of these are unanswerable without reads.
I'd usually call the river in hand 3.
Hand 4 is like a million percent read based, obviously this line as a default is extremely non-standard.
Hand 5, meh not horrible I guess, as he should fold Kx a bunch and it looks like he can't have a jack.
Hand 9 if CO is at all competent I fold the first time around, as he shouldn't really be 3 betting against a nits open UTG+1 all that light.
I'm like betting the river in hands 10 and 11 better than c/c.
