I don't agree that his turn raise neccesary has to mean a big hand, he could easily do that w/ Kx (people who complete the SB in blind duels are most of the times morons, and morons call bets w/ K-high).

And besides, he could easily have completed w/ J7 or K7.

I'm 3betting here. He won't fold.
