Default Re: UB won\'t allow my cashout until I \"play more\"

[ QUOTE ]
here's the timeline.

12/24/06) i deposited $800 for a reload bonus
12/27/06) i requested a cashout for the $800 without playing
12/29/06) sue from ub e-mailed me requiring an explanation for why i wanted
to cash out, since i didn't play
12/29/06) i replied giving an explanation (never any 2/4 NL full ring games
available). i never got a response.
01/06/07) since i got no response, i decided to play a session then try
again to cash out. i played some 1/2 NL 6-max.
01/07/07) i tried again to cash out
01/09/07) rose from ub e-mailed me requiring an explanation for why i wanted
to cash out, still claiming i hadn't played.
01/09/07) i replied to rose giving an explanation. this time i cc'd all the
ub addresses i could think of. i never got a response.
01/11/07) i re-replied to sue's old message. no response.
01/12/07) i tried again to cash out
01/14/07) mike from ub e-mailed me requiring an explanation for why i wanted
to cash out, still claiming i hadn't played.
01/14/07) i replied to mike giving an explanation. this time i used the
"customer support" link within the UB software rather than replying to the
e-mail from my e-mail client. and this time i got a response.
01/14/07) sarah from ub e-mailed me: "Thank you for your explanation. Your
message has been forwarded to our department supervisor. You will be
contacted shortly regarding this matter."
01/15/07) tamara from ub e-mailed me: "We cannot complete a withdrawal
without game play explaining where you played the funds. You deposited $800
but did not play the whole $800 but instead chose to withdraw right away.
This looks like fraudulent activity according to our security department.
Please play some more games in order to justify the $800 cashout. Once you
have played a bit, you may cashout the funds."

So they are forcing me to play more before I can cash out. Even though I
deposited using the my neteller account that has the same name on it as my
UB account, and I am trying to cash out to that same neteller account, they
say it looks fraudulent - play more"

The same exact thing happened to me. What I did was withdraw it at $100 a time and none of those were ever questioned. I know it sucks that you have to wait a while to take it out like this, but you will be able to without playing. I had actually played about 2k hands and they still wouldn't let me do it.
