I'm sure you don't suck at poker, this is a genuinely tough situation. That daunting feeling of playing a little deeper than you are used to in these situations doesn't exact help.

Raising is obviously out of the question, and to me intuitively it is a marginal decision between calling a folding. I had a little play around with some ranges on pokerstove... (assumed that sets, two pairs, sd's, flush draws and overpairs are all in his range). It suggested in equity terms you are about even money at this point, so based on that I say call now and re-eval river. I doubt he has it in him to fire a decent sized third barrel bluff, so keep that in mind.
