I'd fold and wait for a better spot unless I've seen him bluff shove or he's shoved frequently, i.e a read of some sort other than he's pretty aggressive.

Spurious misses out QJ combos. If he's very passive pre flop then you can't even rule out TT.

AND, you've still got the SB in the hand who could also have a hand that beats you.

The huge shove could be weakness but only of the "I'll slowplay my flopped str8 - ahhh noooo!! the board's paired, quick scare everyone with a monster overbet" type of weakness.
