neteller simply worded the release to seems threatening so that non thinking people will release them from a lot of legitimate litigation

Ok, let's say someone sued Neteller, and the court decides that they need to pay $X to every customer. Would having signed the release forfeit your ability to collect that money?

Also, are you qualified to be making the statement about the class action lawsuit (ie. some type of legal background), or is it just wild speculation? I'm not trying to be offensive. Speculation is fine, but I'd just like to know. Thanks.
