I agree with the comments about the preflop play. As the game is extremely shallow (there are many loose players with 20BB stacks around!), forget about all pot-sweetening preflop or other fancy plays and just play ABC. Plus, it's extremely unlikely that you'll take it down by raising. Just limp along.
About the turn play, I just lead $24 and just go all-in on the river regardless of card.
