Default SNG Players: My Stoxpoker Video Goals

Hi Guys,

Just thought I'd chime in and give a few of my goals for each Stoxpoker video I produce.

1. Give Hero's optimal strategy each hand.

2. When I fold, state how conditions could change to turn the decision into a call or raise.

For instance, if I fold a weak ace on the button, I'll state how strong my kicker would have to be for me to play it. If I'm in the small blind and there's a raise, I'll state whether I would have completed, raised, or still folded if everyone had folded to me instead of a prior raise.

3. Verbalize the process of narrowing opponents' hand ranges.

For instance: "Tight-aggressive regular is open-shoving 11 blinds from UTG. He would do this with 8 8 - Q Q, A Q or A K.
Usually he'd make a smaller raise with K K or A A, and there's always a slight chance he's got a weaker hand or bluff. So we could make a solid call with J J+
and A K."

4. State precisely how the stats/notes I keep affect my decision-making process.

5. Point out all ATC mistakes. For instance, if a player with 5 BB in chips open-folds in the SB against a tight big blind during 100-200-25 6-handed.

Even if you play strictly SNGs, you'll get a further edge over your competition with the extensive NL analysis in the cash and MTT videos.
