People are now calling it a juvenile Sasquatch. Others have called it a bear that is suffering from mange. It's hard to tell from the camera angle and the view of the creature exactly what it's doing.

I took the first picture and took it into Photoshop and changed the color levels (
ONLY), it takes away some of the fuzz that is in the original picture.
Here are two pictures the first of a bear cub that offer a good view at how long their legs can be. The second is a silverback lowland gorilla to give you some idea of what something like a juvenile Sasquatch would look like.
