I limit this to KT, 33, or TT. Villain is passive, so it probably isn't KQ or a diamond draw. I think he out-flopped you and wanted to wait for the BB streets to put the hammer down. You do have outs to KT though, and since there are more combo's of KT than there are TT/33 I think that's what I would be leaning on here. I just call down hoping it's KT and I spike one of my 8 outs. It's a hard lay-down regardless.
