Default I\'m stupid and screwed this up #2

Villain seems pretty reasonable pre and post flop. Very little history, basically unknown. He's got $230 and I cover.

Full Tilt Poker
Pot Limit Omaha Ring game
Blinds: $1/$2
4 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (4 players) hero is SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG calls, Button folds, hero calls, BB checks.

Flop: 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($6, 3 players)
<font color="#cc0000">hero bets $6</font>, <font color="#cc0000">BB raises to $20</font>, UTG folds, hero calls.

Should I just fold to his raise? That doesn't seem right, but reraising? Spewy?

Turn: K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($46, 2 players)
hero checks, <font color="#cc0000">BB bets $40</font>, <font color="#cc0000">hero raises to $166</font>, <font color="#cc0000">BB raises all-in $206.25</font>, hero calls.

Great turn card. No idea at all what to do. I guess maybe I should have bet out.

I was also thinking that if he had a set it would prolly be 4s, which means he might fold, or I would at least have 6 outs.
