Default Re: tighten up preflop to get more respect on flop cbets?

well, i am not sure about that. from my experience the most exploitable players shorthanded are tight passives or they are loose passive preflop and tight passive on the flop, however these guys usually dont react too much to the way you play.
as long as our opponents stay passive we dont have a big problem but if they start raising us on the flop more liberally i think it s time to tighten up somewhere before the flop or on the flop. of course we could push over them more lightly too but i just feel there is a too big gap between the hands i cbet and the hands i feel comfortable felting when getting raised.
