As a newbee to the pokerworld (playing only for 8 weeks, currently NL10 with 14k Hands/month), it doesn't really matter that much if those are bot-farms or "only" bot-like farms with a dozen or more people acting as a team with semi-automated responses.
The result is the same: It is bit of a turnoff. And will be for other "fish"/newbees as well, if word gets out on a larger level.
