I'm certainly not an expert, but they look pretty fake. Something about the position of the face and the "shadow" under his leg in the last one look wrong. Also, wtf's with the chest area in the second picture? Any photoshop experts here?
For this and your reason, I say fake. However, the bet doesn't have a "If results aren't made public by ________, all wagers will be graded as No Action." Does this mean that if neither side acknowledges anything, Bodog just keeps the money locked up?
