raise to 4x preflop, you don't need to but it makes building pots a lot easier especially at this limit where players aren't so aggressive and you need to do the betting.
Bet pot on the flop, bet 3/4 -> full pot on turn. Bet pot on river unless it's a spade. In which case c/f or make a blocking bet and fold.
