Default EPASS \"Fund protection mode\" WTF

Over a month ago (June 22), my Epassporte account was placed in "fund protection mode" because my account got over $5K as I was transferring some money around. They requested that I send several verification documents (utility bill, govt issued ID, viod check, ect) before I could exit this "fund protection mode."

So, I don't think it's a big deal and send them all the stuff. I've been through some of this back in my casino whoring days, and it's never taken too long.

Well, it's been over month and I've contacted them over a dozen times via phone and/or email, and my account is still frozen. I think they just lost the first set of documents I sent them, so I sent them again.

Later, I was told they needed a copy of the credit card I used to load funds. Well I have a credit card on file with them, but I have never used it to load funds. Then yesterday, I get an email saying that either they did not get my documents, or they were blury or something and to re-send them. OH MY [censored] GOD!!!

Have any of you had to do this, and was it this much of a hassle? Thankfully, I got most of my money out before it was frozen. I only have $18 in my account right now, so I am thinking of just saying to hell with Epass and looking for another option. Their customer support is among the worst I've ever encountered. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Thanks
