Scrambling can help the QB, he doesn't do that he just runs the ball.
McNabb, McNair, Culpepper, Cunningham, Young and Brunell all scramble/d but they also could throw the ball at 60% and have a 2:1 TD/INT ratio.
And Vick really didn't do much in those 5 games he played in 03. They went 3-2, beating JAX (5-11), TB (5-11) and CAR (11-5) They lost to Houston (5-11). Of course he threw 50%, 5.8 YPT and 4:3 TD INT ratio.
