Got a couple notifications and PMs today about
two posts a new user, zhinl16, made in LOL. Now, this does kind of reek of spam - just registered today, two links to the same site - however, the links are to legitimate games which are the subject matter of LOL. I think it's more likely than not the guy's just spamming his site, but at the same time I feel bad deleting the posts/banning him, because, again, the links are LOL material.
Is there an official 2+2 burden of proof requirement to ban someone for spamming, or is it just up to my discretion? Thoughts on this specific instance? Thanks.
