Granted I don't know much about his tenure with the Raiders, but I don't put a lot of value on Norv's failures there. The team struggled with him, yet has faired even worse since his departure. Collins put up some big numbers, but they lost a lot of games. I don't really know how much he is to blame, what he has learned from that experience, and whether his coaching skill set will work with the Bolts. I guess we will all see.
