Really? That is pretty terrible if he is willing to call/shove w/no FE against a PFR with any two. Anyhow, in terms of cEV, just any hand that has enough equity against any two random cards (if your read is correct). Don't forget to compute the equity of someone else coming in (which is complicated so just estimate).

In terms of $EV/ICM, you have to know all of the stack sizes and own SNG PowerTools if you ask me, b/c I sure as hell don't want to run all those numbers.

Anyhow, I'd just raise/call with any ace, any two face cards, or any pair.
