How about having both turbos and non-turbos for steps 1-3 only? Enough of these run that everyone can play whichever they prefer. For 4-6, those don't run as much and the stakes are higher, so non-turbos only.
Also, Sunday Million steps would be nice -- there could be 4 steps with buyins of $2, $7.50, $27, and $82.
