Seeing one's hole cards is amongst the most elementary things one expects when playing on a site.
I do not intend to minimize, click or anything else to enable me to do something the SITE should provide.
If their software is not capable of showing me my hole cards I do not intend to play on that site.
It is 24 hours and I have not received a reply to my email. After 24 more hours I will withdraw my funds.
No one needs a site that cannot provide a player with elementary information.
I do appreciate your reply because I think that it is meant to be helpful.
