FTP Question.
A friend of mine created an account 2 weeks ago, and couldn't get epassporte to to work. Friday he was over my house drunk and asked for $30. I tried to get him to sign up under my rakeback account and he was too busy bitching that he wanted to play right now so i transfered it. He lost the money. My question is... Can he create a new account with rakeback since he has never deposited into fulltilt? The only reason i care is because he is somewhat of an addict and should bring me in good money.
