From all accounts, he is a huge douchebag. He had a huge falling out with Christina Aguilera after making some ridiculous demands when she wanted him to work on Back to Basics.
Also, he has beef with Timbaland. In "Give It To Me" Timbaland raps:
I'm a real producer you're just a piano man
I get half a mil for my beats you get a couple grand.
