I would definatly bet the turn... after checking behind on the turn I would definatly bet the river... with your opponent checking in front of you your hand has atleast one more street of value... Villian isnt checking a T to u on this river after you checked behind on the turn... I'm nearly certain he has something that has a combo draw like 98s... or any pair with a str8 draw like 99... but thats just from the information that you have given me above a read on villian could change my opinion...
