You must raise here to protect your hand. You don't want the UTG drawing to hand that can possibly beat you.
Since the SB 3bet PF, it's very unlikely he has an 8. He might've picked up a flush draw and thinks his hand is worth betting.
If you get 3 bet, call down.
Heads up, I would probably go into call down mode, depends on my opponent, but since there's a 3rd player involved it's a must to get him out.
